Returns
All our items are offered with a peace of mind 7 day guarantee should you not be satisfied with the item purchased. Returns are accepted based on the item being returned within 7 days of receipt. Delivery charges are non-refundable except where the following circumstances prevail. Should any damages be incurred in transit by our designated courier, or any discrepancies in description of condition missed over and above areas commensurate of expected use and age then we the seller will arrange to return the item at no cost to the buyer and will refund monies in full.

Fully Insured Delivery
Our goal is to deliver within 7 weeks of clearance of payment within Northern Europe . Remote  locations can sometimes take longer but we will do our best to deliver within this timescale. Overseas timescales will be agreed upon purchase. If you require urgent delivery please contact us before purchasing to find out if this is possible. 

Where bespoke delivery is requested this may cost more, but we will agree this with you in advance.

The service is door to door using an approved specialist courier. The delivery service is ‘one man and a van’. All items are delivered safely in a modern vehicle using shipping blankets and secure webbing. The delivery service provided is fully insured. Items will be delivered with prior agreement of day and approximate am or pm time with the customer. Please note that although our drivers are always glad to be of help our delivery service is "door to door" and they are not obliged to help beyond the doorway, although they are pleased to help you wherever possible. For large items customers must arrange for additional help at their end.

Collection
Collection must take place within 4 for weeks of the sale date unless there has been prior agreement. Please note that we do not have the capacity to store items for customers for more than 4 weeks without prior agreement. Customers who do not agree timescales for storage beyond 4 weeks for collection may be subject to storage charges before release of items. All customers will be contacted in this instance by recorded post and email with the daily storage rate. We reserve this right.
